We were thrilled to collaborate with Anna Spiro on the reimagining of Palm Noosa’s Bondi Beach store, with JRFD Construction delivering the build. Together, we transformed a dated, run-down retail space into a vibrant, light-filled destination that embodies Palm Noosa’s coastal brand identity. 

Central to the redesign was opening up the interiors to create a welcoming sense of space. JRFD Construction removed several internal structural walls and installed new beams discreetly within the ceiling cavity, a technical solution that allows daylight to filter right through to the back of the store. This structural transformation has brought an entirely new energy and flow to the space. 

Anna Spiro’s vision for custom joinery was brought to life with finely crafted, highly detailed units that now anchor the retail experience. These bespoke pieces — challenging yet deeply rewarding to develop — have proven to be both functional for Palm Noosa’s sales team and visually defining for the store’s interiors. 

This project is a testament to the power of collaboration. Working alongside Anna Spiro and JRFD Construction, we were able to align design vision, technical expertise, and craftsmanship to deliver a store environment that is as practical as it is beautiful. The result is a retail space that elevates Palm Noosa’s presence in one of Sydney’s most iconic coastal locations.
